Swag Records Limited, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, although any changes will be posted here. Price

All prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. If you are a UK or EU customer VAT will be added to your order before completion. If you reside in a country which is not bound by law to pay VAT this charge will not be added.

We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control, this may include (but is not limited to) pricing mistakes, tax or other duty increases.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date sometimes errors do occur and the prices stated are incorrect. Where the correct price is lower than the one on our website we will only charge you the lower amount. If the correct price is in fact higher than the price on our website we will either contact you and discuss the pricing error before we proceed with your order, or notify you of the error and cancel your order.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. A summary of these charges will be displayed after you add an item to the shopping cart. It will then be added to the total order sum on checkout. Swag Records Ltd reserves the right to change this shipping policy without notice.

All orders will be shipping one working day after making the order. All orders made on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products' availability as set out on the website. Swag Records Ltd. will not be held accountable for any delay incurred by any 3rd party involved in the delivery of orders.

Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

When creating an account on our website please make sure you enter your address correctly. If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, Swag Records Ltd. will not be held accountable.

Availability

If an item is marked as Sold Out you will not have the option to add the item to your shopping cart. If you would like to receive notification when the item is in stock again then please contact us at: shop@swagrecords.com

Returns

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
