Runner Remix EP

<img src="http://www.swagrecords.com/product/covers/vinyl/House/c/Crosstown_Rebels/CRM063.jpg" border="0" align="left" vspacing="5" hspacing="5" />Hot on the heels of his widely applauded and groundbreaking 'Runner' album, Crosstown have commissioned some
cutting edge producers to remix and reinterpret some of their favourite tracks from the album.
* The A side features Maceo Plex's remix of Glimpse's superb 'Walk Tall'. Maceo Plex is Eric Estornel, A.K.A Maetrik
(Treibstoff, Audiomatique, Dumb Unit). He drops the jazz and heads straight for dance floor, with this no holds barred
monster of a remix, slamming the ass out of it creating a peak time monster!
* The Flip features two excellent remixes, first up is, Berghiem hero Macrel Dettmann, who delivers a heavy, heavy slice
of sonic skullduggery. A remix so powerful in execution so majestic in grace he truly takes the notion of a remix to the
above and beyond amazing!!
* Next up Argentinean keyboard wizard Guti turns on the jazz. He loops out the original 'Things To Do In Denver' and
adds stunning keys and Hammond to create a truly groovy affair.. perfect for summer fun! Three great varied and original
remixes which compliment the originals, but each one succeeds by taking it to the next level.
* TRACKLIST: A1 Glimpse - Walk Tall (Maceo Plex Remix) B1 Glimpse - Enjoyable Employable (Marcel Dettmann
Remix) B2 Glimpse - Things To Do In Denver (Guti Remix)

Just Hold On / Generation X

<img src="http://www.swagrecords.com/product/covers/vinyl/House/v/V/PLV011.jpg" border="0" align="left" vspacing="5" hspacing="5" />Deepest House on the one side D&B on the other...
Paving the way for the ‘Warrior Soul’ album, and following the great teaser ‘Watch Your Step/Hold On’ comes this great
remix package.
* ‘Hold On’ has been given the inimitable touch of Deep House master Marcus Worgull. A classically trained musician
like Kabuki, he has stripped the track and used Jenna’s vocals stabs to create a exquisite minimal groove to stunning
effects.
* Rising drum and bass star Eveson has been given ‘Generation x’ to remix, and his ‘Ode To A Rave Generation’ is
exactly what it is: keeping the haunting synth loop throughout, slowing the track down to finally go back to a rave-friendly
140 bpm with vintage breaks, and making the most of Paul St Hilaire’s colourful voice. The result is as awesome as
Skream’s recent ‘Burning Up’.
* Deep House vs Vintage jungle? A surprising yet accomplished package!
* DJ support: Marcus Worgul, Subclub Crew (Harri & Telford), Sebo K, Dixon, Mista Jam, N-Type, Ramdanman,
Youngsta, Hatcha, Toddla T, Untold, Bryan G.

Stand Tall EP Pt 1

<img src="http://www.swagrecords.com/product/covers/vinyl/DnB/b/Breakbeat_Kaos/BBK034.jpg" border="0" align="left" vspacing="5" hspacing="5" />As if Breakbeat Kaos hasn’t enough on its plate with a multitude of artist albums and club nights on the horizon it still
finds time to bring some of the freshest beats in the business to our attention. Here then the BBK camp present the first
part of the ‘Stand Tall EP’ from all-round good guys, Sigma, who’ve had a string of success over the past couple of years
which looks likely to only increase as the years roll on.
* Kicking off this super-strong EP is the heavily caned remix of Sigma’s ‘Front To Back’ by Tru Playaz’ finest, Original
Sin. With the orginal already bursting at the seams last year on Sigma’s own Life Recordings, Breakbeat Kaos step up to
play host to this magnificently heavyweight re-lick from one of the sickest bassline dealers in the scene. Be warned,
blows up dance floors every time! Pull up selecta!
* Following closely behind are the sweltering sounds of the ‘Baltimore’ instrumental cut, the perfect mixing tool for any
DJ - it’s fast becoming a summer anthem in clubland and even on the radio with the likes of Mistajam picking it up for
primetime play on BBC Radio 1xtra. When you hear it you’ll see why, with hi-end production proving to be one highly
polished piece of D&B. Even endorsed by Friction on his forthcoming Ministry Of Sound compilation, you know it’s a
winner!
* Watch out for part two dropping after the summer featuring ‘The Jungle’ and the mighty ‘Stronger’. DJ support from
Fresh, Adam F, Camo & Krooked, Andy C, Friction, High Contrast, Sigma, Hype and many more.
